Shipping cost is actual price for a 4-pound priority mail box no added fees. The internal battery has been removed to save shipping costs so there is no. I bought this about a year ago and its been sitting in my garage unused. I tried to charge it up and the internal battery needs replacing 12v 5ah lead acid type.
